Instructions:
We have studied and read my cases throughout the semester. Choose a negligence case (it could be a case that you have already studied or a new case) and briefly write the facts and issues of the case for the introduction. The facts and issues should explain the details of what happened, the injuries and the end result.
After summarizing the case, you can fill out the Risk Assessment Form. Once you identify the risk, you can analyze and evaluate how likely and severe the risk is. When this determination is made, decide what measures should be in place to effectively control the harm from happening again
